If anyone is going to do there first body job get the Keven Tetz videos on painting and prep. I borrowed a set off of a friend of mine and they were great. He outlines how to do the body prep in a simple way useing good but inexpensive tools. His painting techniques helped me paint the doors and the one fender on my truck and I did not have to do any substancial sanding on the parts afterwords. The videos are at:

Sounds great. Kevin knows his stuff there.
The only things that are keeping me from wanting to do body work are needing a big air compressor and sandblaster and not wanting to spend the money for a few years.

It was like taking a class on VHS that I got. They were detailed enough but everything was put in ways that anyone would understand. My next set that I will get is from that metal working guy. -- I just cannot remember his name.
