Most of these shows are done in California, so they don't make much sense in the rest of USA. 1,200 square feet for $450,000 doesn't equate to the normal price of houses.

Yeah, I think most of them are bogus too, but I really am adicted to watching anyway....half the time to just argue with the tv over their opinions! ha!
