Years ago My older Brother bought a SB built by Lamar Walden and put it in a Vega, that was in the early 70's. To this day he says that was the fastest street car he ever owned. He owns a Z06 Vette, thats pretty good company. It handled like crap, but would run like the wind down strip. I was in my early teens then and can't remember the ET's, but on street tires it was much quicker than a Boss 302 on slicks that he had before that .
